You are cordially invited to "Ashburn Networking Thursdays" on December 17th from 6pm-9pm for Professionals and Socials in the Loudoun County area as well as surrounding counties that would like to network and mingle. My testimony
We each, in one way or another have the ability to make a difference by giving back to those who are less fortunate during the holidays. I am asking for everyone's support. If for some reason you can't make it to this meetup but will still like to donate please contact me so we can make arrangements to pick up. It was lead in my spirit to do this. I remember about 4 years ago when I was in a financial struggle and was facing a termination notice for my electricity. I didn't know how I was going to pay it. Since I was not use to asking for help, I swallowed my pride called The Salvation Army and told them my circumstances and from there they were able to pay all of my electric bill and provided toys for my daughter. If it hadn't being for people in the community with a generous heart giving back, The Salvation Army wouldn't have been able to assist me not only with my electric bill but the many presents that were given to my daughter to ensure she had a nice Christmas. I know there are many families out there with similar situations and if I can touch at least one family then I know I made a difference. Ashburn Connect is not only for networking but also helping others. Like I told you before, AC has a purpose in this community and we just got started. Just wanted to share what was on my heart.
